Julen guides most trips. He is certified to teach across PADI, SSI, RAID and SDI. Site choice, timing and pace follow the day's conditions and the divers on board.

Mimi handles pickups and transfers, gear, lodging and the replies on WhatsApp. Trusted local guides join for larger groups, so a club dives at the same four-to-one ratio on more boats.
